Our office has consciously chosen to provide high quality dentistry to all of our patients. We have carefully calculated what it costs to offer that level of care. Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees.  We will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Patients who owe more than $1500 for treatment must prepay one week prior to the appointment so that we can reserve their scheduled time.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit card payments. Our office offers financing options through Wells Fargo and Care Credit. We also offer a 5% discount to Senior Citizens (over 65) and an 8% discount for patients electing to prepay by cash or credit.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will file insurance claims. We are a preferred provider for Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, Aetna, MetLife, Ameritas, Principal, Delta, United Concordia, Connection Dental and Freedom Network.
